I just recently had an idea for two new storys.
One is about the daughter of a famous writer. As the world approaches the anniversary of her fathers first book and the anniversary of his death she finds herself looking into her fathers life with the help of journalist who was inspired by her fathers work. She goes to her cousin for answers. Her cousin was the executor of her father's literary estate and now runs the media empire built on his work. The daughter and the journalist hit roadblock because her cousin made a promise to the writer before he died, a promise to keep his secrets buried.
The other story is about a teenager who jumps off a bridge and leaves behind a vast collection of storys to another teen who was once his friend. As he and others read the story left behind they find clues about why the boy they knew thought his only option was to jump off a bridge. Before he jumped off that bridge he discovered a terrible secret about the town he lived in and his death was the only way to make those around him look up and take notice of the evil among them.
I think I will title them 'In the name of the daughter' and 'The Bridge'.
